Plan #5
Well, it turns out I am NOT going to spend three months doing the physical therapy, rehab, traction routine that my chiropractor suggested. I did a little research and then weighed my options. The new plan? Go in weekly for adjustments to maintain since my pain is almost gone, yoga and pilates at least four times a week, and then specific activities on the exercise ball every evening at home to help build up my lower back and abdominal muscles. (The ball routine was provided by the doc himself.) My reasoning behind all of this has to do with cost, first off. We have an ARM that is coming due October 1st (yes, we are part of the ten million people they discuss nightly on the news and yes, I know I made a huge mistake because I thought I could refinance, not loose $65,000 on my home). Second, I am zoned on having another baby. Can't you tell? Third? It is a timing thing. The new job is a lot on my plate right now.
Countdown T-8 days until we talk to my OB about Mike's strange swimmers.
Hope it all works out (house, swimmers, back, etc.)! HUGS
