Melodious little thing, isn't she?
Lately, Ainsley has been playing in her room or casually looking out the car window and she will suddenly launch into song. We have always made up lyrics to other tunes and played popular children's music for her. But most of these songs come from school and her oh-so-wonderful teachers. (Shout out to Abby, Karla, and Vicki!) So . . here are Ainsley's lyrics to "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star."
"Sickle, sickle little star,
How I wanna what you are,
Up above the word so high,
like a diaper in the sky,
sickle, sickle little star,
how I wanna what you are!"
I almost peed my pants the first time I heard her sing this!
Lol! Too cute.
